Microsoft Project Training Course
Microsoft Project is an industry-leading project management software that allows project managers to use tools to develop project plans, analyze resources, assign tasks, track progress, administer budget and analyze workloads adhering to the project timelines and budget.
Our Microsoft Project course is divided into two key levels to help students focus on either basic tasks when creating projects through more involved tasks that allow you to analyze the progress of the project.
This course covers the critical knowledge and skills a project manager needs to create a project plan with Project during the planning phase of a project. In other words, if your supervisor assigns you to lead a project, this course will enable you to draft a project plan with Project and share it with your supervisor (and others) for review and approval.
This course is designed to familiarize you with the advanced features and functions of Microsoft Project Professional so that you can use it effectively and efficiently in a real-world environment. Topics include Updating a project plan to reflect progress as you execute the project, monitoring project progress in the project plan, adjusting the project plan to control constraints, creating project reports to share a project’s status and customizing project settings and sharing those customizations with other projects.
